Matt Davis didn’t learn leadership from a textbook alone. He built it in the field, then went back to school to prove it, earning his degree in Leadership and Organization Studies and currently completing his Master’s in Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver.
That combination is rare. Most speakers can tell you what the research says. Fewer can tell you what it actually feels like to lead people through pressure, uncertainty, and change, and then explain why it worked using real frameworks you can bring back to your team.
