From the Field to the Front of the Room
Matt Davis built his leadership philosophy the hard way, through more than 15 years leading people in high-pressure environments, including service as a crisis and hostage negotiator. He’s led teams where trust determined whether a crisis ended in chaos or control.
But Matt didn’t stop at experience. He went back to the classroom to understand why what he was doing actually worked, earning his degree in Leadership and Organization Studies and now completing his Master’s in Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver.
That combination, real-world pressure paired with real academic rigor, is what sets Matt apart. He’s not a consultant who’s only studied leadership from a distance, and he’s not a speaker running on charisma alone. He’s both: the practitioner and the researcher, the person who’s lived it and the person who can explain exactly why it matters.
Today, Matt channels everything he’s learned, in the field and in the classroom, into True Bold: a leadership development company built on one core belief. Real leadership starts from within, and it starts with a choice.
